Repost Indian actress Alia Bhatt’s recent interview with Humans of Bombay, in which she discusses meeting Raha as a teenager, and four determined, Aziz revealed that he liked Bhatt’s feelings. “I chose to be an actress, I chose to be a mother. Life is hard, life is not easy. I can’t sit and complain,” she wrote while presenting to fans of good news. “PS Producers and entrepreneurs soon.”
Bhatt, in the interview, spoke about her experience as a new mother. “Being a mother is new and challenging. It’s a very satisfying feeling. Sometimes, when my energy is low, or I’m not feeling well, I just take one look at my baby and I have 1000 watts of energy,” he said. “At the end of the day, something I chose. I decided to be a producer, an entrepreneur, an actress and a mother, so I decided to be all different parts. So, I can’t sit around and complain and be like ‘life is so hard’.”
In an earlier interview, Aziz emphasized the importance of working as a working mother. “I am a very practical person… I harden my heart and control my emotions. You always have that mom guilt when you leave your child somewhere to go to work. I started working when Kabir was less than a month old. My mom told me that I don’t have to hurt myself because this is what I’ve worked so hard for and she’s here to help… Your child will learn what it means to be independent from you. You are a role model.”
When asked if motherhood has affected the types of roles she has chosen, Iqra replied, “My personal life, husband and child, do not come between me and my work . They don’t care who I am as a player. That was a different part of my life.”
