Soon WhatsApp will release an update that will allow iOS users to install more on their phone while on a phone, a feature that is already available for Android users.
Previously, WhatsApp stopped the user’s video when the app was downgraded or switched to another app.
However, a recent announcement revealed that a new feature will allow iPhone users to see a picture-in-picture (PiP) video, with a smaller window.

“With support for iOS Picture in Picture (PiP), you can now multitask during a WhatsApp call without pausing your video,” said the company’s changelog.
The new update will also add support for comments while submitting documents, and writing in long articles and comments for group discussions.
According to WhatsApp, users will be able to create avatars to add to their profile picture.
