Rashid Khan, Hasaranga are set to face off on February 21 in PSL 8

Afghanistan pacer Rashid Khan is set to join Lahore Qalandars on February 20, while the all-rounder will arrive in Pakistan on Sunday. of Sri Lanka Wanindu Hasaranga.
