In the latest update to iOS, iMessage will now support rich information for Mastodon posts when sharing a link in the chat window.
When sharing a link, iMessage will fetch all the details of the message, such as the post text, the author’s name, and attachments, to show in the thread of conversation. The preview will provide more information than the usual internet connection information, 9i5Mac reported.
Growing in popularity in recent months, Mastodon, which emerged as a Twitter representative after users became dissatisfied with Elon Musk, has been confirmed by Apple Fellow Phil Schiller.
