The Additional Southern District Judge has sought a response from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on granting bail to widower Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain in the case of his video being leaked. be happy.
Defense lawyer Liaquat Gabol submitted the bail application on behalf of Dania Shah, he said, “my client was wrongfully involved in the case to deprive him of his rights due to the office.”
Counselor Gabol said that Dania Shah did not make a video, nor would she make it on social media. Aamir Liaquat has never made a claim against Dania Shah in his life, but he is involved in cases that deprive him of his right to office.
The court adjourned the hearing until December 20 while seeking an answer from the FIA regarding the request.
According to reports, Dania Shah was sent to prison on a judicial remand on charges of making indecent pictures of the late Amir Liaquat. The case was registered by Amir Liaquat’s daughter under the provisions of the PICA Act. FIA officials arrested Dania Shah from Lodhran.
